1. Conditions of Use apply

By registering for access to ClaimRight Client Portal you agree to these specific Terms & Conditions of Use, the website general terms and conditions, the disclaimers and conditions in different parts of the site, and the ClaimRight Privacy Policy (conditions of use).

2. Access and Security

Your Username and Password set up when registering is used for access to ClaimRight Client Portal. Access will be given to any person who uses your Password. Any action by that person will be taken to be by you. You have sole responsibility for the security of your Username and Password and you must:

- keep your Username and Password confidential and not disclose them to any other person,
- ensure your Username and Password are stored separately at all times and in a secure place,
- regularly change your Password to maintain confidentiality, and
- tell us immediately if your Password is lost or you think someone else has knowledge of your Username or Password by telephoning us on 1300 12 44 99 or email manager@claimright.com.au.

ClaimRight reserves the right to cancel a Password or Username or suspend access to ClaimRight Client Portal at any time without notice.

3.  Information

The information and any communication provided by ClaimRight Client Portal

• are provided from sources believed by ClaimRight to be reliable, accurate and complete at the time of providing it (but see clauses 6 and 7); and
• are provided without warranties of any kind either express or implied to the extent permitted by law

4. Account Login

The account login is assigned to you manually by us and is registered to the email you nominate. If you forget your password, you may use the "forgotten password" prompt or call us if you have any access issues. We will then reset your password by sending a link to your nominated email. Our staff may decline if they have reasonable suspicion the person speaking to us is not the account owner.

5.  Release and Indemnity

You release, discharge and indemnify us from and against all damages and liabilities that are incurred or suffered by you or suffered by or brought against us, in respect of the use of ClaimRight Client Portal, the use of ClaimRight Client Portal by anyone on your behalf or the use of your Password by any other person. This indemnity is a continuing obligation independent of the conditions of use.

6.  Varying conditions of use

We reserve the right to change the conditions of use without prior written notification. Your continued use of ClaimRight Client Portal after a change will constitute your acceptance of the amended conditions of use.

8. Hosting of Information and Privacy details

ClaimRight abides by the Australian Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988. Any personal information or material sent to ClaimRight websites are subject to the ClaimRight Privacy Policy.  The ClaimRight Privacy Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Information sent by you to us through this website is not encrypted. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee the security of the content of any such information, and it is entirely your responsibility to satisfy yourself as to whether our security measures are sufficient for your requirements.
