We aim to deliver our services in a manner that makes you feel comfortable. Sometimes, claims take a long time and this can be very frustrating. We can help you lodge complaints where a provider such as an insurer is causing you financial hardship by not providing documents or responses in a manner satisfactory to you.
In the unlikely event you feel we could do better and you are not 100% happy with our service at any point, please give us a call and discuss your concerns. If you are still concerned that issues have not been resolved to your satisfaction, we will follow our Internal Dispute Resolution framework.
